Services Provided
Big Mikes Mobile Repair provides on-site maintenance and repair services for golf carts and small engine equipment. Our services include but are not limited to battery diagnostics, engine tuning, electrical system repairs, and general mechanical maintenance. We bring our technical expertise directly to your location, ensuring convenient and professional care for your mobility equipment.
Appointments & Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a service fee. While we strive to maintain punctual arrival times, mobile service windows may vary due to traffic or weather conditions; we will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Payments & Refunds
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and cash. Refunds are generally not provided for labor once the service has been completed and accepted. Any replacement parts installed are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies where applicable.
Liability
Big Mikes Mobile Repair is not liable for any pre-existing damage to vehicles or equipment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area at their location is safe and accessible for our technicians.
